Refund Policy
If the shows is cancelled due to any circumstances, we have a simple refund policy! You may initiate refund by an email with your original booking email. Simply drop in a mail with the Subject – Requesting for Refunds to officiallyjayded@gmail.com. Here are the refund terms:
– Cancelling the booking 48 hours before the event – No Refunds
– Cancelling the booking 2 or more days earlier than the date of the gig – 82% Refund ( No questions asked)
To be eligible for a return, the booking can be refunded on the following grounds and is considered eligible for a full refund.
– if the artist cancels the gig due to any health or unavoidable reasons – Full Refund.
In the above scenario, the full refund will be processed automatically. We’ll mail you once we have processed the full refund in such a case.
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After the 14 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 14 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
To obtain a refund, the customer has to provide their order and online access code information to Customer service.

Late or missing refunds:

Refund Process:
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or card statement.
